Students at Madison School are participating in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program sponsored by Wisconsin Dairy Council and the Green Bay Packers with many exciting incentives. This program empowers youth and schools to stay healthy.
A Student Leadership group of 23 5th-6th grade students meet regularly with Advisors school nurse Nan Oswald and PE teacher Haley Orella to promote increased activity and interest in milk products. We have had 2 school wide events this first semester, including a rousing brain break with Molly the Moo Cow making an appearance carrying a gallon of milk! Preparation of and serving blueberry smoothies accented our excitement and commitment to improved nutrition and "Mooving" bodies! Our Student Leadership team is currently busy planning for a Swing into Spring event!
Well done Madison!!
The advisors are proud of these students who are developing their leadership skills and increasing better awareness of fitness for Madison School.
