Principal Eichmeier
“I lead by putting relationships first. Learning about my students and staff, and engaging them in meaningful conversations that build trust. The future depends on what we do today and that takes everyone; teachers, parents, students, administration and the community."

A former teacher at Wrightstown and Brillion elementary schools, Eichmeier most recently was Superintendent and Elementary Principal for four years at North Central Area Schools in her hometown of Powers, Michigan.

Jennifer Eichmeier earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Lakeland College in 1996. She served as a special education aide and elementary teacher at Wrightstown Elementary School where she was nominated for a Golden Apple Award. She earned a Master of Arts in Education from Viterbo University in 2012. From 2014 to 2017 she was a special education teacher at Brillion Elementary School before moving to Michigan.

As superintendent at North Central Area Schools, she launched the Little Jets Learning Center to offer daycare, preschool and before- and after-care for elementary families. She also successfully led the school during the COVID pandemic and implemented Bridges math and Bookworms literacy curricula, seeing the greatest growth in reading this year over the past eight years.

Eichmeier is returning to Wisconsin with her husband who has a new job in Hilbert and their three sons.
